Having begun a business at home, I know how difficult it is to present and maintain a professional image to  customers, potential customers, suppliers, and all those who you have contact with during a normal business day in a home/office enviornment.  When my business developed to a level where it was necessary to have this image, I realized that it couldn't be accomplished from a home office.  Instead, I moved my operation to a more professional setting.   After researching the office rental market it became evident to me that the expense required to lease even the smallest of offices required the financial and time commitments that were difficult to absorb.  It became apparant that what I required was  simply a room contained within an office in a professional building, with my name on the door, a place for a phone, computer and file storage; a place to receive business mail.  A place with access at any time.

Our commercial office building at 5-11 Saddle River Road, in Fair Lawn, New Jersey is ideally located exactly on half mile from route 208 with immediate access to all highways in all directions and contains space allocated for your purpose.  With an office divided into three rooms aproximately 1oo-125 square feet each, you will have the opportunity to operate your business in a totally professional setting.  All rooms contain telephone access, high speed internet accessibility, carpeting, and all utilities including electirc,and heating and air conditioning. Most importantly, you will have access to your office 24/7/365. 

The building is five years old and conforms to all modern building codes and requirements including smoke, fire and CO detectors.  The floor contains two bathrooms in the common space including one for handicap accessibility.  An elevator will take you or your visiting handicap clients directly to your floor from the parking lot that has a handicap space large enough for van access.  Since the building is located on a county road, snow removal is provided by the county and our parking lot will be clean and available at 7:30 am each day.  You will be guaranteed a parking stall should you require it.  All exterior and interior maintenance is taken care of by the management, as well as weekly garbage removal.

The building is owner operated and managed by myself and my two sons.  We live locally and will be available to you at any time to insure that your only concern is operating your business.
